RDC works closely with community and nonprofit organizations to amplify our impact. Through these partnerships, we collaborate on awareness campaigns, donation drives, and initiatives that support those affected by rare diseases. Together, we make a meaningful difference in the community.
Our mission is to enable and finance the development of life-saving genetic medicines for rare and ultra-rare patient populations previously deemed too rare to treat. To realize this, our unique ecosystem facilitates collaboration between world renowned researchers and clinicians, policy experts and our generous donors. Together, we are fundamentally changing the rare and ultra-rare disease experience and burden for millions of people around the world with our discoveries and methods—while bringing hope to patients waiting for a cure.
At Continuum Care Hospice, we provide terminally ill patients and their loved ones with the support and care they require to live their lives comfortably. Our skilled hospice team is dedicated to helping our patients and their families maintain their dignity and quality of life. Our goal is to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort for the patient and to provide tools, information and support for the patient's family so that they feel confident in the crucial decisions that come along with terminal illnesses. We provide ongoing care and support for our patients and their families for as long as it is needed.
